With its roots in the disruptive and creative mindset of Silicon Valley and the world of design, “Design Thinking” is a human-centered process that incorporates the tools and techniques of designers to generate breakthrough ideas and insights.
This highly interactive workshop will introduce you to the process and show how you can apply it to develop more innovative and effective communication strategies.
Upon completion of this session, you will be better able to:
- Generate more – and more creative – ideas.
- Develop “human-centered” messaging that effectively resonates with key end users.
A light lunch will be served.
